• Parties or events are not allowed

• Pets are not allowed

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment

• Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the sleeping area

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Visitors who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed without our prior approval

• We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings

• Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM (self check-in via smart lock with code)

• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability

🚗 Parking

• Private parking available

• Reservation required in advance

• One parking space per apartment

🧹 Cleaning

•  No cleaning fee

•  Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure

•  Report any damages during your stay

 ID & Registration

•  A valid ID is required 

•  You must complete the accommodation form prior to check-in (as required by law)

💳 Payment & Cancellation

•  Bookings are confirmed only after full payment to the company’s bank account is made

•  Payment details and invoice are sent via email or WhatsApp

Cancellation Policy:

•  Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

•  If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, a 50% fee from the amount paid applies

•  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days

• There are no indoor cameras — your privacy is fully respected
